ISOVER Spacesaver is a glass mineral wool roll supplied in a range of thicknesses from 100-200mm, and manufactured from up to 75% recycled glass. The economical and easy-to-install glass mineral wool rolls are suitable for loft insulation, where they are typically installed in a minimum of two layers, the first layer between the joists and the subsequent layer(s) cross-laid over joists. They can also be installed between the joists in suspended timber ground floors and flat roofs. Also suitable for ‘cold roof’ applications in both new-build and renovation projects. These glass mineral wool rolls are supplied pre-perforated to 3 x 386mm and 2 x 580mm width fit between common joists.

With a thermal conductivity of 0.044W/m.K, they help to reduce heat loss within the building envelope, decreasing the energy loss.

Longer roll lengths help increase speed of installation and ensure more efficient deliveries and storage. Shorter roll lengths ensure lighter weight option for ease of handling. All types of Spacesaver are non-combustible and actually achieve Euroclass A1 Reaction to Fire classification.
