If you’re looking for a perfect log cab to add character to your garden, then the Chiltern Log Cabin from Forest the ideal choice. Though simply designed it is a functional building with an apex roof and a 4 x 3 m footprint. It has an attractive, fully glazed front aspect that brings in plenty of light into the room while maximising wall space, making the Chiltern ideal for a variety of uses such as home office, hobby room or even a garden gym. As well aAs well as a choice of single or double glazing, there are different felt options available: Polyester felt (option of 34kg per 10m is available) with or without underlay or Felt Shingles with underlay. This model option is double glazed and has a 24kg weight Polyester felted roof with underlay included. The two big front windows in this cabin can tilt and turn thanks to the excellent quality construction. The doors may be placed to the left or right of the front aspect. The walls are made of kiln-dried 34 mm smooth-planed interlocking logs, and the ceiling and floor are made of 19 mm Tongue & Groove boards. Every delivery is made by a vehicle equipped with a crane off-load facility and a professional assembly service that is optional. The base for the log cabin needs to be sturdy and levelled out with poured concrete ideally.
